Refund Policy

After a cancellation is approved by Hotel Sai Residency management, the refund will be initiated within 10 working days, and the amount will be reflected in the guest's account within 30 working days.
For stays longer than 2 days, if cancelled, charges may apply for the entire stay duration.

Refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
